1. What we use
This marketing site (patchconsole.com) is static and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We may store a small theme preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers light/dark mode; this never leaves your device.
If we ever enable optional analytics, a consent banner will ask you first, and nothing will load until you accept. Your choice is stored in a single em_cookie_consent cookie so we do not ask again on every page. You can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer, which clears that choice and re-opens the banner.
2. The application
The Patch Console application at app.patchconsole.com uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These are required for the app to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The access token is stored as an HttpOnly cookie that the front-end cannot read.
3. No third-party advertising
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the application.
