These terms are provided as a starting framework and are not a substitute for your own legal review.
1. The Service
Patch Console is a vulnerability-driven patch-management service for Windows operated by Tiny Electrons LLC. It lets your organization ingest vulnerability reports, sync devices and users from Microsoft Intune/Entra, run a lightweight inventory Agent on your endpoints, group vulnerabilities into patch jobs, and deploy fixes, with role-based access and an audit trail.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be authorized to act for your organization to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must use MFA where your organization requires it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only on devices and tenants you are authorized to manage, and not to: (a) deploy software or patches you are not licensed/authorized to distribute; (b) interfere with the Service's operation; (c) attempt to access another tenant's data; or (d) use the Service to violate any law.
You are responsible for testing patches (e.g. via a pilot ring) before fleet-wide deployment. Deployments change software on your endpoints; you control which patches deploy and to whom.
4. The Agent
The inventory Agent is licensed to you for installation on endpoints in your tenant for the duration of your subscription. It reports installed software, local administrators, and device facts; it does not transmit file contents, keystrokes, or screen data. You are responsible for deploying it in accordance with your organization's policies.
5. Fees
The Service is free for up to 20 endpoints. Above 20 endpoints, fees are charged per endpoint per month as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance; endpoint counts are measured over the billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
6. Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it as your data processor to provide the Service.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance (with the app briefly showing a maintenance page) and may modify or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will identify every vulnerability or that any patch will fully remediate a given risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Electrons LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, we will delete your tenant data on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
